to put music on your windows movie maker, all you have to do is open the mp3 file into collections..then drag and drop the clips you want to use to the audio section underneath.. as far as the miley%26amp;mandy show thing goes.. all they did was record a bunch of clips and then match it with the song.. pretty simple editing skills
